You Can Rent The Park!
We have private sessions available for people who would like to have the lake all to themselves for an event like a doggy birthday party, or maybe they just want to use the lake for their own personal dogs who may not get along with other dogs but they love to swim. Or they rent the lake to use the dock to practice their dog’s dock jumping skills for competition.
We book private sessions 2 months out. So in January, we will book for March for example. The private rental hours start at 9am and end at sundown around the public session times.
The lake, including the dock jumping dock is available for private rental for your use but your event must be “doggy” in nature. You can have human birthday party but it must be people with dogs. For instance a dog club wants to celebrate a human member’s birthday so they have all the members bring their dogs for the party.
Fees
The fee is $65 per hour and includes admission for up to 8 dogs. If there are more than 8 dogs, each dog after the eighth dog is $5/per hour. So for example, if you had 10 dogs attending it would be $65 plus $10 for a total of $75/hour.
If you have a large group and you want us to collect fees at the gate so you don’t have to have the headache of collecting fees yourself, we can do that. Each attendee will pay $5 per dog per hour. So if your attendee brings 2 dogs for your 2 hour event the fee for that person would be $20 for the event. Please just let us know ahead of time that you wish us to collect at the gate. If we are collecting at the gate you will still be required to pay the regular hourly rate in advance to secure your date but we can refund those fees back to you after your event and the minimum fee has been met.
Advance payment is required.
We require all appointments to be paid in advance. You will be charged our normal hourly rate for up to 8 dogs, plus $3 non-refundable processing fee. If you end up having more than 8 dogs, you can pay at the gate for the extra dogs.

Once you contact us for the appointment we will send you a Paypal invoice. The invoice must be paid within 24 hours to secure your appointment time. If it is not paid in the allotted time and someone else inquires about the time you wanted but hadn’t paid for, your appointment may be released to that person.
Rules
- You must leave the park including the pavilions the way you found them.
- You must pick up after your dogs.
- Physical punishment of dogs (yours or someone else’s) will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the park.
- We have poop bag stations as the park for your convenience. Please clean up after your dogs and keep the park clean for everyone.
- You must keep your dogs inside our park boundaries.
- Although we do allow you to bring food to your party and set up tables and chairs and utilize the pavilions, we don’t allow the use of barbecue grills or other open fire type food preparations nor do we allow glass to be used (i.e. glass bottles).
- Because we only have limited garbage cans at the park you must bring trash bags with you to dispose of any garbage.

Available Private Sessions will read “Available” on the calendar. Please choose from the times that are ‘available’ on the calendar.
This only applies to the months that are open for booking.
Public Session = Open To The Public (Anyone from the public can come in. Not available for private sessions) Private Session = Booked Private Session

We book the private sessions out from the public ones. So for instance, if the public session ends at 1pm you can book a time starting at 1. If someone hasn’t already booked at 1pm you can’t book at 3 for example because 1-2 and 2-3 haven’t been booked yet.

Please be courteous to the guests before and after your appointment and don’t arrive and expect entry prior to the time of your appointment and please exit the park by the end time of your appointment, not after as there is generally a party waiting to use the park as you did and you would be cutting into their time. Cancellations
If you must cancel your private rental at the lake and you do so 48 hours prior to your appointment there will be no cancellation fee.
If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment (not due to weather) you will be charged $65, the price of the rental because we will not have time to fill your spot on the calendar.
If by some chance we have a waiting list for that day and we can sell the spot we will refund your monies.
