Public Session = Open To The Public    Private Session = Booked Private Session

Private Bookings are on a “First Come, First Served” basis. We book the private sessions out from the public ones.  So for instance if the public session ends at 1pm you can book a time starting at 1.  If someone hasn’t already booked at 1pm you can’t book at 3 for example because 1-2 and 2-3 haven’t been booked yet.

We book private sessions 2 months out.  So in January, we will book for March for example.  The private rental hours start at 9am and end at sundown around the public session times.

Once you contact us for the appointment we will send you a Paypal invoice.  The invoice must be paid within 24 hours to secure your appointment time. If it is not paid in the allotted time and someone else inquires about the time you wanted but hadn’t paid for, your appointment may be released to that person.

*Public Credits Can Not Be Used For Private Bookings*

Cancellations: If you must cancel your private rental at the lake and you do so 48 hours prior to your appointment there will be no cancellation fee.  If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment (not due to weather)  you will be charged $65, the price of the rental because we will not have time to fill your spot on the calendar.  If by some chance we have a waiting list for that day and we can sell the spot we will refund your monies.
